Completed it, mate.

2 hours, 45 minutes and 15 seconds. Slower than I would have liked, but my runner’s stomach was not settled and I had to do an emergency runner’s poo and then a runner’s vomit mid-way, so all things considering, I’m very happy! AND I raised £1645 for Glasgow and Clyde Rape Crisis. That’s right: one thousand, six hundred and forty-five pounds. I’ve overwhelmed with the support. Thank you so much. You can still donate here if you want to.
So… what now? The run was just over 2 weeks ago and I have done zero exercise since. I’m planning on going back to the gym tonight after work, but you know… might be tired. Am I going to keep up running? I don’t really know. I like running, but I’m also kinda lazy and can’t really be arsed. Hmmm.
Am I going to write? Hmm…. probably. I seemed to have lost a lot of motivation for writing, performing and I don’t know. The industry is pretty bleak at the moment which isn’t very inspiring. But I love writing and creating. Hmmm
I need a new goal. With the half marathon, the goal was to run it and raise money for charity- which I did. But without that goal, I struggle with motivation. I guess I just have to set a new one. Same with writing. I write to put on a show, to meet deadlines, to enter competitions. I don’t really just write for the sake of it, except this amazing blog.
Hmmm… I need a goal.
